**Please read this whole document so that you fully understand what you will be receiving as a vendor and/or a sponsor.

**GIVE AWAY: We will be having a giveaway which all vendors will be required to give an item for this with the retail value no less than $20 and no more than $50 (DO NOT GIVE AN ITEM THAT WILL BE % OFF, IT MUST BE AN ACTUAL FREE ITEM OR SERVICE NOT REQUIRING THE WINNER TO PAY ANYTHING).  These items will be places into a large basket so we would prefer the actual item but if needed you may give a certificate.  We would also like you to attach a business card to your item so that the winner will know who to contact if they want more product from you.

**Also electricity is provided at no cost though we need to know if you need it so that the venue sets your booth up for it.

$35 Small Booth Only

1 six foot table and 2 chairs are provided (approx 3 to 5 feet behind the tables).  2 vendor passes are provided.  All vendors with a booth only will have their business name listed in the booklet on the vendor page.  Extra vendor passes can be purchased for $5 each the day of the event.

$65 Large Booth Only

2 six foot tables and 4 chairs are provided (approx 3 to 5 feet behind the tables).  4 vendor passes are provided.  All vendors with a booth only will have their business name listed in the booklet on the vendor page.  Extra vendor passes can be purchased for $5 each the day of the event.

$27 Half Page

You will have a 1/2 page spot in the booklet listing you as a sponsor (company name and logo only, no advertising) that will be handed out to the guests.  You will be posted on our website and on Facebook as a sponsor and you will have your business name printed on an event banner that will be hung at the event.  (We will need a short bio of your business or yourself and a photo you would like used to post).

$47 Full Page

You will have a full page spot in the booklet listing you as a sponsor (company name and logo only, no advertising) that will be handed out to the guests.  You will be posted on our website and on Facebook as a sponsor and you will have your business name printed on an event banner that will be hung at the event.  (We will need a short bio of your business or yourself and a photo you would like used to post).

ADVERTISING SPACE IN BOOKLET

$29 Half Page or $59 Full Page

The booklet will be handed out to the guests that come to the festival.  It is printed in black and white so art work needs to be black and white for better printing.
