\\WHAT IS UTAH PARANORMAL FESTIVAL?

The Utah Paranormal Festival is a convention for all paranormal enthusiast. Come ask questions of paranormal experts in the field of Ghost, Bigfoot, Aliens and Zombies. Join us for a Q & A of Salt Lakes local Psychics. Meet local paranormal teams and find out about upcoming events your can join. Meet our special guest and get you pictures with them without the insane photo opportunity cost.

\\FESTIVAL HOURS

Festival hours are 12pm -8pm mst.

\\FESTIVAL ADDRESS

\\PARKING

Parking will be available to the east and west side of the building. There is entrances on both sides to get you into the conference area. 

 

\\RE-ENTRY

You will be able to come and go from the event within the hours of 12pm-8pm. Please show your hand stamp / Vendor badge or Volunteer badge at the ticket booth. There may be other meetings or conferences in the building so please keep that in mind.

 

\\TICKETING

You can purchase tickets on this website by clicking on TICKETS above and save $5.00. Tickets can also be purchase at the ticket counter during the event at full price. Ticket cost for the event is $10 (advance) for 13 & Older. Children 12 & Under are free.

\\MILITARY, STUDENT OR SENIOR DISCOUNTS?

We would love to provide discounts to this event. But due to the low cost of $10 if you buy your tickets before the event we are not able to.  Save $5 off the Door price by buying online and early. 

\\TICKET AVAILABILITY ON SITE

There is no ticket limit so we will have plenty tickets for sale to this event.

 

\\REFUNDS

We have a no-refund policy. Please make arrangements to give your ticket to someone interested in the event. 

\\SPEAKER & PANEL SCHEDULE

Schedule will be posted online and at the event near the ticket booth. You may enter and leave the panels and lectures at any time.

 

\\IS THERE A WAY TO BOOK SPOTS IN ADVANCE FOR PANELS AND SPEAKERS

We have not seen the need to do this at previous paranormal conventions. If all seats are taken your free to stand along the walls as long as your not blocking the exit or anyones view.

 

\\HAND STAMPS

Upon first checkin at the ticket booth you will receive a a hand stamp to wear for the festival events. You must present the stamp  when at the event and coming and going from the event. 

 

\\VENDOR BADGES

Vendors will be required to check in at the entry desk. They will get their Vendor badges at that time if they have not already been issued. Vendor badges must be worn at all times while at the event. If you must leave for the remainder of the day you can transfer your badge over to someone else at the ticket booth. 

 

\\VOLUNTEER BADGES

Volunteers will be required to check in at the entry desk. They will get their Volunteer badges at that time if they have not already been issued. Volunteer badges must be worn at all times while at the event and they are not transferable. 

 

\\ENTRY & SECURITY

Festival entry will only be allowed through the ticket entrance. Only Vendors will be allowed in and out of other doorways during setup from 11am to 12 noon. We will have security on hand to monitor this. At noon we will only be using one doorway for entering and exiting the vendor floor.

 

\\IS THIS EVENT CHILDREN FRIENDLY?

For the most part this event is very child friendly. The panels and speakers is where the parent will need to decide if they want their children listening in on specific topics and language. Some discussions may involve demons and foul language so it's recommended children do not attend these. 

 

\\MAY MY CHILDREN ATTEND THE GHOST HUNTS?

We do recommend that the child be a teenager if attending a ghost hunt. Some locations may not allow children and we will post that if that is the case. We leave the discission up to the parents for those locations that may allow children. Children will have to behave during the ghost hunt at all times and it they cannot the child and parent will be asked to leave without a refund so others may enjoy the experience. 

 

\\DOES IT COST MONEY FOR AUTOGRAPHS AND PHOTO OPS?

Our awesome guest will not charge you for their autographs and to have photos with them. 

 

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

There will be no alcohol allowed in the building.

 

\\IS THERE A DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA

Utah's Clean Air Act allows for smoking 25 feet away from any entrance. You must show badges or hand stamps during re-entry. 

 

\\WEATHER

This event is indoors so we will be protected from the weather.

 

\\RESTROOMS

Event restrooms are located along the west hallway.

 

\\LOST AND FOUND

If items are found and we cannot find the owner we will keep those items at the ticket booth. 

 

\\THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

Food or drink is prohibited in the building unless you are a vendor, volunteer or event speaker/panelist. There will be no food booths allowed at this event. 

 

\\WHERE CAN I SIGN UP TO BE A VENDOR AT THE FESTIVAL?

Vendor spots are first come first serve until we run out of space. You can reserve your booth here

 

\\WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VENDOR BOOTH AND VENDOR + BOOTH?

Standard Vendor Booths:

Cost $35

Vendor Badges Supplied: 2 (a $20 Value)

Table Size: 6 foot table area

Vendor + Booths:

Cost $65

Vendor Badges Supplied: 4 (a $40 Value)

Table Size: 2 6 feets.

 

\\I AM A VENDOR, AM I ABLE TO ATTEND PANELS AND SPEAKERS?

Yes. Anyone with a vendor badge, volunteer badge, hand stamp or one of the guest speakers or guest panelist may attend these at any time.

\\HOW DO I BECOME A VOLUNTEER?

Please go to Contact Us and fill out the form. Let us know in the message that you wish to be a volunteer. We will need volunteers to work the ticket booth, security and possibly panel moderators. 

 

\\WHAT ARE THE AGE REQUIREMENTS TO BE A VOLUNTEER?

Volunteers need to be 18 and older.
